Spa 'na' Box Warranty Details
UK Warranty
The Spa-n-a-Box is covered by a 1 year limited parts and service
warranty. All warranty claims must be made to the service centre on 0207 6600 162.
The warranty conditions are as follows:
- Day 1-30
Within the first 30 days of purchases if there is any failure with the spa the customer needs
to call the service centre on 0207 6600 162 to file a claim. The customer must have proof
of purchase from the retailer and ideally the spa serial number for the service centre to
verify the claim. Once the claim is verified the customer will be sent a like new item and
a call tag will be issued for the defective item. The customer will be asked for a valid
credit card number to ensure the defective item is returned to the service centre. Within
the first 30 days of purchase the customer will not be charged anything for delivery/collection
or repair.
- Days 30-90
If there is any failure with the spa after the 30 day period the customer will need to verify
the claim with the service centre on 0207 6600 162 as in (1). The customer will then be charged
a £50.00 service charge to cover the cost of processing, delivery of the replacement
item and collection of the defective unit. A replacement unit will be dispatched to the customer
within 48 hours, and a calling tag will be issued for the defective item. If the customer
does not have the defective item returned they may be charged for that part.
- Second fault within Days 30-90
If within 90 days of repair the unit should have another similar fault the customer will not
have to pay another service charge.
- After 90 days
After the 90 day period any faults are again liable to a £50 service charge as in (2).
The UK warranty is valid for one year from date of delivery. All warranty claims
should be filed with the UK service centre on 0207 6600 162. |
