Delivery charges
If you live within zones 1-6 your hot tub delivery is completely free of charge. If you live within the Staffordshire area we will also deliver, install and commission your hot tub completely free of charge. If you live outside Staffordshire and would like us to deliver, install and commission your hot tub then please refer to our hot tub and spa installation service price guide.
We also deliver and install to most parts of main land Europe, please call for details and pricing. If you live within zone 7 or any other area not quoted then there will be an extra cost of between £100-£300, please call for quote.

When will my hot tub arrive
When you place your order for your hot tub you will be called within 48 hours to agree a convenient delivery date. For our hot tubs that are in stock then delivery will take between 3-5 working days. If the hot tub you have ordered is not in stock then your order could take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We will however phone you and advise you on similar hot tubs that we do have in stock that you may wish to consider.
What will i need to know about delivery
You will be contacted by our carriers who will agree a convenient delivery date. Then when this has been set they will contact you in the morning of the delivery to let you know whether it will be am or pm. Once this has been done the delivery driver will then contact you 1 hour before he is set to arrive. Our hot tubs are delivered by the driver using a mobile fork lift truck(see picture) and place the hot tub on your drive. He will not deliver your hot tub round the back of your house.
All our hot tub are very well packed (see picture) and you will require up to six strong individuals to manoeuvre your hot tub in position - the driver will not help you to do this. It really is quite easy with a bit of man power all you need to do is remove the side panel connect up your wire fill up your hot tub wait 12 hours to heat up and jump in and enjoy!
